Open work General Memberships are easy on the wallet at $150/month. Need something more permanent to set up your permanent desk space? Try a Dedicated Desk for $250/month complete with an adjustable-height desk. While we currently have a waitlist for our Private Offices, they do open up from time to time. Let us know if we can add your name to the list!
Day Passes
We offer a getaway for those work-sprints, all-day coffee, and meeting-filled days. Grab one anytime, Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm.

Blazing fast Shentel Fiber WiFi is generously supported by IT Decisions. Private Offices and Dedicated Desks have the option to hard wire for even better performance.
Meeting Space & Conference Rooms
Large and small conference rooms, phone rooms, collaboration space and meeting/seminar/networking space are all available for use by members (see membership level restrictions) as well as for rent by non-members.
Coffee Roasted On Site
Chestnut Ridge Coffee Roasters roasts coffee beans on the first floor. Free, drip coffee made from CRCR beans is available upstairs at The Perch.
Free Parking and Bike-Friendly
A private lot across the street for members and guests of Magpie and The Perch. Plus two bike racks, street-side parking in front of the building, on the street behind the building, and in a public lot just one block away make it easy to access.

WAITLIST OPEN! We have 9 private offices available on a 6 or 12 month plan. Members furnish their spaces to their liking and can use it for members of a single office entity. Unlimited conference room bookings and free event space up to twice a month.
Just need a place to work for the day? Passes are always available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Conference rooms can be rented by the hour for an additional fee if available.
